Office/Practice call 1 in 3. Outpatient only physician - no hospital call.

This group which has a primary care office connected to the hospital's urgent care, indicates they are turning away patients due to lack of availability on their primary care schedule.

Practice has three office locations - two are within the CSA, incoming physician will primarily be at the Brooksville office.

Group: "Care One of Florida, LLC" - established in 2003.
Consists of 1 FP, 2 NPs in Brooksville office (which also has urgent care). Board Certified. 

In total (all three locations):  4 physicians, and 6 NPs.

No state income tax-
Outpatient with no weekends or traditional IP &OP available.
