Jefferson Memorial Medical Center, part of Tennova Healthcare, a seven hospital health system based in Knoxville, TN, seeks BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Pediatrics physicians to join a growing practice.

•Join a stellar group of 10 primary care physicians and be a part of Summit Medical Group, a large multi-specialty group serving eastern Tennessee

•Summit is nationally ranked in the top 10 nationwide for all three categories of NCQA.

•Employment OR salary to partnership opportunity

•Practice has been in the area for 25 years

•Outpatient only opportunity—no hospital coverage

•Mid-levels are also a part of the practice

•Outpatient call is shared with 10 physicians and 2 mid-levels

•Office space is available at Jefferson Memorial Hospital and a satellite office in Newport, 15- 20 minutes apart.

•Newport office utilizes mid-levels with physicians rotating to this practice a couple of days a week, rotation is shared with 10 physicians

•Equipment is available

Practice at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. We opened our new medical center in 2001 and have been honored with the Thomson Reuters list of 100 Top Hospitals. Our hospital offers excellent physician support in specialties such as pulmonology, orthopedics and cardiology.

Jefferson County is nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains and includes two beautiful lakes, Cherokee and Douglas. The county is rich in history, being one of the oldest in Tennessee.
