Providence Medical Group’s Adult Primary Care clinic is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-supported and collaborative team, working closely with APCs in a patient-centered medical home. The clinic is embedded with Behavioral health services consisting of a psychiatric nurse practitioner and psychologist on-site. Join a multidisciplinary team of social workers, nurse case management and clinical pharmacists. • Limited call duties; approximately once every two months with minimal volume
• Market-leading compensation and comprehensive benefit package

• One to three years’ experience in Family Medicine is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
• Current patient panel is 18 years and older; pediatrics starting in 2020
