Providence Medical Group is seeking a Full time Primary Care Medical Director and Regional Network Medical Director to join an exceptional leadership team in Santa Rosa, California. This role involves a mix of clinical and administrative duties which not only include overseeing the Primary Care department, but also involves reviewing the organization's network utilization. The group you will be joining operates with a team-based care model that includes behavioral health clinicians, pharmacists, and phlebotomists. Additionally, this role also provides many additional opportunities to get involved with other projects and initiatives across the organization. The regional primary care medical Director will be responsible for developing a cohesive, region wide primary care strategy that will unite our more than 50 Primary care providers in 14 different sites across a large northern California geography extending from Eureka to Napa and Sonoma. This will be a 0.5 FTE clinical position, and a 0.5 FTE admin position. The admin position will consist of 0.4 FTE regional primary care medical directorship, and 0.1 FTE network medical directorship.

- Compensation is between $283,358 and $371,363 per year
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
