Position Summary
Family Medicine clinic that is looking for someone who has Chronic Care experience. This is a very busy practice. There is potential to split with the hospitalist group as well to allow hospital time. Looking for someone who can be flexible.
Minimum Education Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school is required.
- Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
- License/Certifications
- Obtain and maintain an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Colorado;
- Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) registration;
- Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital;
- Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Centura Health system, at sponsoring institution
