Physicians’ Practice Enhancement, LLC (PPE) was founded in 1994 in New Jersey to provide Emergency Services.  Over the last 20+ years, PPE has grown its scope of services such that we now provide all hospital-based physician services including Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist/House Physician Programs, Teaching Programs, Intensivists, Pathology, Behavioral Health, Skilled Nursing Facilities and more in the Northeast region.

We are currently recruiting a Medical Director for our new site opening up in the fall of 2021

First Responders a brand new Innovative Patient Center Medical Home model group servicing our First Responders and their families, is seeking to hire a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med/Peds or Emergency Medicine Physician to act as a lead physician for the office

The Lead Physician will be responsible for providing medical oversight to the clinical staff, collaborating with company partners, and leading the development of clinical practice guidelines. The clinicians provide full-spectrum home-based primary care to a panel of members with complex needs, with an emphasis on chronic disease management, primary behavioral health and primary palliative care.

Office will offer onsite lab, xray, pharmacy and physical therapy

Salaried position

Hours will be 3 - 12 hour clinical shifts (7a-7p) + additional 4 hours for administrative time

Leadership qualities will be considered in place of prior experience

Must be comfortable seeing pediatric routine visits 2 years and older

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an Accredited institution.
• 2 years outpatient experience
• BC/BE
• EMR experience
• Unrestricted NJ Medical License
• Leadership qualities
