Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to be Lead Physician/Medical Director for a brand new outpatient family practice opening in South Brunswick in the fall

Office will have onsite lab, xray, behavorial health and physical therapy

The Lead Physician/Medical Director will be responsible for providing medical oversight to the clinical staff, collaborating with company partners, and leading the development of clinical practice guidelines. The clinicians provide full-spectrum home-based primary care to a panel of members with complex needs, with an emphasis on chronic disease management, primary behavioral health and primary palliative care.

Leadership qualities will be considered in place of prior experience

Must be comfortable seeing pediatric routine visits 2 years and older

Requirements:

· MD or DO degree from an Accredited institution.

· 2 years outpatient experience

· BC/BE
