Providence Medical Group (PMG) - Mary’s Woods clinic is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join an established team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This Clinic is an integrated patient-centered medical home offering team-based care including clinical care coordinator, behavioral health, and clinical pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum primary care as part of an integrative team focused on providing high-value care. Additionally, the practice has easy access to Providence Hospitals and a network of care.

• Full-time position, 1.0 FTE
• Schedule will be 4 days per week
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
