Portland, Oregon - Providence Elder at Home is seeking an outstanding BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physician with interest and/or experience in geriatrics to join our innovative, comprehensive care and social services program. • Full-time position. M-F daytime hours w/shared call.

Where You’ll Work

Providence Elder at Home is an innovative care model designed to meet the needs of elders who have specific conditions, diagnoses or symptoms that are not well served by typical medical care models. Elder at Home core teams will draw upon Providence's integrated delivery system to maximize patient function and quality of life, and tailor care to meet the unique needs of the patient, their family and caregivers— 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
