Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a family medicine physician to join a well-established primary care practice at PMG Cascade, located on the campus of Providence Portland Medical Center. You’ll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and some In Basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, and localized case management team. The practice is conveniently located on the second floor of hospital campus. This not only provides you with a large support network, but it also provides patients with easy access to an abundance of additional services and professionals which ensures fast and high-quality care. In addition, the central location on the East side of Portland offers exceptional walkability and bike-ability as well as a direct line to the city’s public transportation system in Portland, OR.

• Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
• 4-5 days/week schedule Monday to Friday
• Board-certified Family Medicine physician who is comfortable and willing to see patients of all ages
• 2-year guaranteed salary (with higher starting base for experienced physicians), generous quality incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available
