Providence Medical Group is currently seeking a Family Medicine physician who is board certified/board eligible to join the Wilsonville practice located just SW of Portland, Oregon. You’ll join a small, established practice with a community feel while having the infrastructure and support of a large, integrated health system. Team-based approach to care including behaviorist, clinical pharmacist, advanced practice clinicians, care coordinators, nursing staff, and lab and x-ray on-site. • Full-time (1.0 FTE) at 4 to 4.5 days per week
• Monday to Friday; variable days, daytime hours
