Job Description

Kadlec’s Family Medicine Residency Program is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician to join its faculty in the Tri-Cities region. This a position where you will act as an advisor and role model as you work with a teaching team to provide didactic education to residents motivated to increase the quality of primary care throughout the region.   • Excellent compensation, relocation assistance, CME allowance and comprehensive benefits
  • Participate in program clinical competency and program evaluation committees
  • Participate in application review and interview of candidates for residency position
  • Participate in the Practitioner’s share of coverage duties, call, clinical supervision, and teaching
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
  • Strong communication skills including ability to work with a team approach to management
  • Knowledge of health care delivery and administration, as well as legal and ethical issues related to health care
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
