Swedish Health is seeking a full-time Regional Medical Director to oversee four successful and busy Primary Care clinics in the Shoreline, Edmonds and Mill Creek areas. In this role, you will be based out of one clinic and will be responsible for provider management, clinical rounding, recruitment, on-boarding and provider engagement. • 0.8 FTE administrative duties, 0.2 FTE clinical
• Leadership experience in Family or Internal Medicine required
• Population health, value-based care experience a plus
