Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join an innovative and collaborative team at PMG Camas, just across the Columbia River from Portland, Oregon. You’ll be part of an integrated, team-based care model including behaviorist, clinical pharmacy, care management, and an outstanding operational support team. • Part-time at 0.8 FTE 4 days per week
• Monday to Friday, variable days, daytime hours
• Outpatient only; call is phone only at approx. 3-4 times per year, one week at a time
