Transplant Hepatologist

The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology for Tulane University School of Medicine is seeking qualified applicants at the rank of Associate Professor/ Professor for the position of Transplant Hepatologist.

The new physician will practice in the Tulane Abdominal Transplant Institute inpatient unit and outpatient clinics located at our downtown New Orleans Campus. The ideal applicant will be an experienced Board Certified/Eligible Gastroenterologist with a Hepatology Fellowship and have an interest in academics. UNOS certificate or eligibility is desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity for both clinical and basic research in a rapidly expanding program with cutting edge bench science and clinical trials. The candidate must also possess both clinical and endoscopic skills in order to supervise and train medical residents and gastroenterology fellows.
