St. David's Healthcare would like to recruit a Gastroenterologist to join a large multi-specialty group on hospital campus at our main clinic in North Austin. This multi-specialty group has been providing care to Central Texas since 1952. This is an exciting opportunity to join three BC Gastroenterologists and two APP's in Austin, TX.

Preferred:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Outpatient Gastroenterologist
- Bread and Butter GI
- NO ERCP/EUS
- Call 1:4 within the practice

The Gastroenterology section offers a wide range of services to help diagnose and treat most gastrointestinal and liver conditions, including:
•Upper endoscopy
•Colonoscopy
•High resolution esophageal
•Esophageal pH and impedance
•Small bowel and esophageal capsule endoscopy
•Breath testing for Helicobacter pylori, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, and lactose intolerance
•Diagnosis and management of chronic gastrointestinal and liver conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux, Barrett’s esophagus, ulcers, celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, pancreatitis, and cancers or precancerous lesions of the gastrointestinal system.
