Gastro Health is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) to join our well‑established, physician‑led practice in Olympia, Washington. With more than 20 years of service in the Olympia market, this is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative group offering early partnership potential, excellent work‑life balance, and a strong referral base.
Position Highlights:
- Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Gastroenterologist (MD/DO)
- Balanced mix of clinic and endoscopy, supported by strong, established patient demand.
- While general GI is essential, the practice is actively seeking a physician interested in expanding advanced endoscopy services; ERCP/EUS experience is preferred but not required.
- 4‑day workweek (10‑hour shifts)
- Call shared equally among partners
- Approximately 5 weekends per year
- Approximately 20 weeknight calls per year
- Average daily volume, 15 clinic patient and 15 endoscopy cases

Opportunity for research and teaching, including serving as a training site for medical students and ARNPs
- Hospital privileges required at a facility located just two blocks from the practice
Compensation & Benefits:
- Early partnership opportunity in a thriving, growing practice
- Highly competitive compensation with recent partners starting around $450,000, and a fast‑track to partnership offering sustainable earnings of $750,000-$800,000
- Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available, and possible education stipend
- CME allowance of $3,000 and 3 CME days annually
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement
