Position Summary
To provide patients usual and customary services ordinarily performed by physicians to patients according to good medical practice as it relates to breast care and breast surgery in accordance with the highest standards of the community and as otherwise directed by the Medical Director.
Education Requirements:
- Must be M.D. or D.O. licensed in Colorado.
- Completion of residency in related field.
- Must be in good standing with the medical staff and hospital
License/Certifications:
- Must be Board Certified in specific area of clinical work; BLS, ACLS, DEA.

- Participates in CHPG/Facility Quality Assurance Programs, quality initiatives and other measures as indicated in accordance with policies and stated requirements.
SERVICE-65%
- Provides patients usual and customary services ordinarily performed by physicians to patients according to the highest standards of medical practice.
- Maintains all appropriate charts and records of patients in accordance with sound medical practice and all governing laws, rules and regulations.
- Encourages and participates in improvement opportunities indicated by patient satisfaction surveys
COST-15%
- Adheres to budget guidelines set forth by administration.
- Completes all patient charge forms correctly and promptly according to established procedures.
PEOPLE-5%
- Demonstrates a knowledge of and encourages associate satisfaction in all daily activities.
GROWTH-5%
Participate in and attends local, regional, national professional education programs and staff/team meetings. Performs other duties as assigned.
COMMUNITY-0%
Participates actively in community associations promoting a positive image of the clinic/hospital, and participates as a team player in organizational marketing and strategic planning programs.
