In conjunction with Emcare Acute Care Surgical Services, HCA Memorial Hospital is building their trauma team and are seeking additional providers to join this team. 

418-bed facility 
Undesignated (Level II application in process) 
12 hr primary in-house coverage, plus 12 hr secondary call from home with 15 min response (rarely called in) 
26 OR’s (1 trauma designated) 
Annual Trauma admissions projected: 800+ (conservative) 
Trauma service covers minimum 10 days/mo emergency GS call 
ED Volume: 100k; 56 ED beds 

Trauma Surgeon Criteria: 
Board Certified Surgery with Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Fellowship Required 
ATLS Required 
Willingness to work at on-site clinic for post-op follow up visit
