A physician community needs survey indicates a deficit of 9.4 surgeons, so there is plenty of opportunity to build a practice and a future here. ED call shared with several surgeons and practice call shared 1:2. Preferred candidate will have at least 1 or 2 years of practice experience and have proficiency in endoscopy.
