Providence Heart Institute is seeking a full-time physician assistant with an interest in Cardiovascular Surgery. Position settings will include the operating room, clinic, critical care and telemetry patient care at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. • 1 day per week of call, as well as 1 weekend every 5-7 weeks
• Join a team of 6 surgeons and 7 advance practice providers
• Candidates with experience in Cardiac Surgery preferred, but new graduates/transfers from other specialties welcome to apply

Where You’ll Work

The Providence Heart Institute conducts the highest volumes of cardiac surgery, percutaneous valve/structural interventions and advanced electrophysiology procedures in Oregon and Southwest Washington. This truly integrated cardiovascular service line has more than 80 highly skilled specialists serving multiple hospital and clinic locations throughout the region. In addition, the Institute is a hub of vast data registries in cardiovascular care, providing unique opportunities for data mining, outcomes research and the development of predictive analytic tools through its Center for Cardiovascular Analytics and Data Science (CARDS). A robust clinical trials infrastructure provides patients with access to the most innovative, comprehensive cardiovascular care in the state.
