Central Texas multi-specialty employed healthcare group is seeking an Experienced BC General Surgeon to join its team.

• Harker Heights, Texas enjoys a favorable cost of living and is centrally located
• 45 minutes to Austin
• 2 hours to Dallas
• 1 hour to the Texas Hill Country
• 15 minutes to Temple/Belton area
  
  
• 83 bed Community based Hospital, newly opened in June 2012
• Service area population >250,000
• Strong need for additional surgeon means the right candidate can quickly grow volumes.
  
  
•  10 days/month required
• Addt'l experience in Vascular or Oncologic surgeries helpful
• Call Pay for Voluntary excess days >10

• Board Certification Required
• Minimum 5 years prior practice experience required
• Base compensation + wRVU incentive
