Tri-Cities, Washington- Kadlec Clinic is seeking a physician leader who is a board-certified surgeon to join us as Division Chief of Surgery. Part-time position (0.5FTE Administrative). The Chief has joint authority and responsibility for both ambulatory and hospital division operations in partnership with their identified dyad partner(s), and constructively works to resolve conflicts and align strategic and clinical priorities amongst caregivers within their division. This individual provides leadership for planning, promoting and implementing region-wide, system-wide, or hospital-wide standards, clinical integration and consolidation efforts to achieve a seamless continuum of care within the delivery system. The Chief provides leadership and oversight for Medical Staff and operational functions regarding quality initiatives, credentialing, and strategic and financial planning. This physician leader has the ability to delegate assigned tasks, as appropriate, within their span of control. The Chief demonstrates a positive attitude and collaborative approach to implementing value-based care and population health.

Minimum 3 years post-residency clinical practice required; Board certification in area of specialty preferred; Member of Kadlec Regional Medical Center (KRMC); Previous administrative and/or leadership experience preferred. Licensed physician in the state of Washington required.
