Swedish Medical Group seeks a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon to join Swedish Orthopedics in Ballard, Washington.
Join a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice clinicians providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care to patients throughout North Seattle and surrounding communities. This position offers the opportunity to build a thriving practice within one of the Pacific Northwest's largest and most respected orthopedic programs. Candidates with expertise in General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty are encouraged to apply.
Position Details:

- Practice based in Ballard, serving North Seattle and surrounding communities

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation is between $779,440 and $984,387 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training preferred for Sports Medicine or Adult Reconstruction candidates
- Washington State medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Interest in serving a diverse and active patient population
- Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills
