Providence Medical Group in Western Montana is seeking a Per Diem physician to join a compassionate team of providers in the Long Term Mobility Care department. Flexibility is a must as this position will work at 2 local skilled nursing facilities providing high-quality care in long-term settings. As such, it is a great opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while enjoying the beautiful and welcoming community of Missoula, Montana.

• Flexible Per Diem position
• Minimal participation in after-hours call
• Work with geriatric population
• EPIC experience preferred
• Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or internal medicine is required
