Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with experience working with a geriatric patient population to join Providence ElderPlace PACE on Oregon’s North Coast. You’ll join a growing practice and an interdisciplinary team that provides older adults with a single, coordinated program of comprehensive care and social services. Live and work on the Oregon coast enjoying all that this scenic area has to offer.
- Part-time at 3 days per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Outpatient primary care setting, some home visits
- Interdisciplinary care team including social work, clinical pharmacist and nursing
Where You’ll Work
Providence ElderPlace is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and is the first program of its kind in Oregon. With eight conveniently located centers in the Portland area, Providence ElderPlace provides and coordinates all necessary care services for seniors to remain active within their communities. The PACE model offers medical care, physical and occupational therapy, lab tests and procedures, home care services and more.

This 6,000-resident community is nationally known for its magnificent seascapes, lush forests and historic monuments. The Seaside Jazz Festival, Art Walk and the Seaside Aquarium all contribute to the city’s vibrant culture.
