Seeking a compassionate full-time board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with an interest in geriatrics to join a team of caring, well-established providers in the Seattle area. You will be part of a single, coordinated program that provides comprehensive care and social services to older adults. Successful candidates will have at least one year of recent clinical experience and enjoy working with a complex and diverse geriatric population. - Outpatient (clinic, home, or community-based) primary care setting
- Integrated mental health and clinical pharmacist resources
- Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
- Call schedule is 4 to 5 weeknights and 2 to 3 weekends per quarter

With four centers in the Seattle area, Providence ElderPlace provides and coordinates the services necessary for seniors to remain active in their community by providing primary and specialty medical care, a day health program, social work services and rehabilitation. One of the only Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in the state of Washington, ElderPlace Seattle gives seniors access to top medical specialists with convenience and professionalism.
