Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join our cohesive group of caregivers within the Providence Regional Cancer System. We are getting ready to do a multi-million dollar build to our center. This established and reputable set of cancer care clinics provides comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the South Puget Sound, a five-county catchment area with 500,000 people. - Schedule: 4 clinic days per week plus one day without clinical duties.
- Care Setting: Primarily outpatient care with minimal shared call and inpatient coverage, which is largely consultative.
- Travel: Some travel required between clinics a day or 2 a week.
- Team Environment: Cohesive group that believes in equitable sharing of work. Qualifications:
- Must be board-certified/board-eligible in Oncology.
- Board-certification/board-eligibility in Hematology preferred.
- Position is open to H1-B applicants. Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Between $447,861 and $474,000 per year. Compensation amounts may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.

The National Committee for Quality Assurance has recognized its primary care clinics as patient-centered medical homes.
