Bring your A-game! We have an assistant medical director position where you will be responsible for on-site leadership of a medium-sized hospitalist team with a closed ICU. The Assistant medical director reports directly to the systems director, whose main hospital is Regional Medical Center San Jose. This is a clinical position with administrative and leadership responsibilities. Candidates must demonstrate a history of leadership skills. Competitive compensation with an estimated base pay range of minimum $145/hour to maximum of $169/hour and the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan and quality bonus.
