A locum tenens hospitalist opportunity is now available in Maryland. The shift times are from 7 am to 7 pm, 12 pm to 12 am, and 7 pm to 7 am. The ideal candidate will be a board certified IM physician with a Maryland medical license in hand. Candidates must be comfortable performing procedures. Locum tenens physician will see an average of 16 to 17 patients per day, 4 per swing shift, and 6 to 8 admissions at night. This facility has six physicians on during the day and one at night, as well as subspecialty support. Assistance with hospital privileges will be provided.
