Established in 2016, the program includes 66 IM residents and 13 transitional year residents, supported by five core faculty and additional hospitalists for coverage and admissions.

Position Highlights

• Monday - Friday schedule (6-8 hour days) with 1-2 paid weekends annually
• 48 working weeks per year with strong work-life balance
• Teach and supervise 3-5 residents daily in a team-based setting
• Structured admission model with non-GME team support after caps
• Closed ICU, no procedures, no codes
• EMR: Meditech

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified/board-eligible in internal medicine
• Passion for academic medicine and resident education
• Preferred experience includes research, GME leadership, simulation training, or POCUS
