TeamHealth is seeking a hospital medicine leader for the role of assistant facility medical director at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee. This leader will report directly to the facility medical director and will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of a growing team of clinicians and advanced practice clinicians. As assistant facility medical director (AFMD), you will be responsible for developing and sustaining relationships, impacting clinical strategies and workflows that promote practice, patient satisfaction and improve value-based healthcare delivery. As AFMD, you will assist the facility medical director with managing the clinical, financial, human and capital resources of the facility.
