HM Program Profile:
- 20 Bed Unit
- 19 average daily encounters which includes 1-3 admissions during the day
- 1 daytime shift, 1 night shift (with dedicated nocturnists)
- No ICU, plan to add one by 2020
- No Procedures Required
- 7 on / 7 off scheduling
- Employee status
- Company paid MedMal
- EMR - Epic
Physician Qualifications:
- Board Certified Internal Medicine only.
- Hospitalist experience preferred, but not required.
- PRN Nights opening
