Advance your career as an internal medicine trained physician providing safe, high-quality patient care with our new hospital medicine program at Methodist Midlothian Medical Center, a brand new hospital to open soon in Midlothian, Texas; an outer suburb of Dallas. Enjoy a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule of 10-hour shifts from 7am-5pm at Methodist Midlothian Medical Center. You will work collaboratively with an experienced APC in the program. To be considered, you must be internal medicine trained, board certified in internal medicine or newly board eligible and ACLS certified. Qualified candidates are comfortable admitting and managing patients in the 4-bed ICU with the skillset to intubate and do central lines along with the ability to run codes. Our need is immediate, thus we are only considering practicing Hospitalist physicians or 2020 residents for this position. We are not considering 2021 candidates.
