Fairview Health Services seeks a full-time Infectious Disease Physician for its clinic in Fridley, MN and outreach clinics in Wyoming, MN and Elk River, MN. Provide comprehensive clinical services to patients in internal medicine and infectious disease areas. Establish infectious disease service for primary care practice sites and provide video consults for the hospitals on a scheduled basis.

Practice Details:

• Provide outpatient care
• Video consults during daytime clinic hours for the hospitals on a scheduled basis
• We have a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
• Physicians work a 4-5 day work week with expectation of 36 patient contact hours per week.

Position Qualifications:

Graduate of an ACGME Infectious Disease fellowship training program and Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure. Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
