• Our group has 150+ Primary care providers working across San Diego County in 22 clinic sites
• 100% outpatient only w/ shared phone call across large provider pool
• Average of 19-22 patients per day
• Dynamic group with 96 internal medicine physicians: we are always recruiting!
• Current opportunities include full-time float openings
  • Float providers have first right to any new full-time openings in the group
  • Float providers on average find their permanent home within 6-12 months of starting
