Job Description

Nuvance Health is seeking a bilingual Spanish Primary Care Physician for our Norwalk Primary Care practice in Norwalk, CT. We are seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to work with two Physicians in a new and growing practice. This is a family-friendly location with close proximity to NYC on the Westport/Norwalk border.

Job Summary:

Our Primary Care medical practice is looking for a compassionate Family Practice or Internal Medicine/Pediatric physician to provide comprehensive care in a team-based environment to our population of patients. This includes not only caring for acute and chronic conditions, but working with multidisciplinary support staff to promote the health and well-being of our entire panel of covered lives. This as a full-time, office-based position providing out-patient services only, utilizing a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all our hospitals and sites.

 

Job Requirements:

  • MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
  • Have successfully completed a Family Medicine Residency or an Internal Medicine AND Pediatric Residency or Internal Medicine Residency
  • Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible.
  • Off-hour coverage – Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only with nurse triage.
  • Full time weekday 8 hour schedules between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish skills preferred.
