Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Internal Medicine Physician to join team of physicians, advanced practice clinicians (APC), and caregivers at PMG Gresham. You’ll be welcomed as part of a collaborative medical home, focused on providing team-based, high-value care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, and vulnerable patient population. Our medical home includes physicians, APCs, RNs, behaviorists, case managers, clinical pharmacist, and staff to provide exceptional coordinated care to patients and families.
- Full-time at 1.0 FTE at 4 or 4.5 days per week
- Monday to Friday, variable days, daytime hours
- Phone only call with of approx. 1:30 with after-hours RN triage support
- Ideal candidate will have an interest in seeing all ages. MAT waive helpful though not required
