Whitman Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care physician (Internal Medicine or Meds-Peds) to join its collaborative, mission-driven team in Colfax, Washington. This is a long-standing and well established independent group where physicians have the autonomy to truly provide personalized care in order to foster better relationships and patient outcomes.
This is a full-scope Primary Care role that includes outpatient, inpatient and ER backup. Limited OB opportunities are available if desired, but fully optional.

Position Details:
- Full‑scope Primary Care position with mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Desirable weekday schedule
- 1:6 call rotation supported by a collegial group of physicians and APPs
- Strong clinical infrastructure including CT, MRI, lab, general surgery, orthopedics, GI, urology, and more
- Well established independent group that offers physicians the autonomy to provide truly personalized care

- Opportunity to teach future rural Family Medicine physicians is available
- OB opportunities are available if desired, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
- First year guaranteed salary of $320,000 inclusive
- Up to $20,000 signing bonus
- Full benefits package includes health, dental, retirement, malpractice, and more

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be a board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine or Meds-Peds physician (MD/DO)
- Open to Family Medicine physicians as well
- Licensed in the state of Washington
- Must have or be able to obtain BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NRP certification
- Both experienced candidates and new graduates are welcome to apply
