Job Description

Join one of the largest acute care facilities in the state of New Mexico as a full-time Pediatric Nephrologist for Presbyterian Healthcare Services. This busy mission-driven flagship hospital located in the heart of Albuquerque provides world-class care to patients across the state. The Pediatric team overall is a large multi-specialty group that can provide you plenty of resources and support whenever needed. This is an excellent opportunity to work top-of-license as part of a mission-driven group that provides patients from across the state of New Mexico with access to high quality care. #LI-SR1

  • Thriving multispecialty clinic setting provides pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, ENT, gastroenterology, neurology, surgery, behavioral medicine, pulmonology, hematology/oncology, chronic care, and radiology services.
  • Solo Practitioner setting with autonomy to practice to the top of their license
  • 24x7 Pediatric Hospitalist and PICU service
  • Monday to Friday schedule; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with admin time and shared call
  • Competitive salary based on experience and skill set starting at $240,000
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance is available
  • 35 days of Paid-Time-Off per year
  • Presbyterian Hospital providers qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
  • Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Their award-winning services include specialized care for surgical needs, heart and vascular care, women’s care and children’s care. Along with a 24/7 emergency department, they offer general medical and surgical inpatient care, adult intensive care, labor and delivery, and general and intensive care for infants and children in their NICU, PICU, and pediatric units.
