• Currently performing 90% spine with opportunity to grow cranial business
• x1 practice location
• Tenured staff
• x2 hospitals
• 2 weeks call/month

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
• First year Guaranteed Salary (36 month forgiveness period)
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
