Pacific Neuroscience Institute Medical Group (www.pacificneuro.org) is seeking candidates for a full-time clinical faculty position for its Department of Neuro-ophthalmology. This position will be responsible for evaluation and management of patients at our clinics in Torrance and Santa Monica, as well as at Providence Little Company of Mary in Torrance and Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica. The ideal candidate will be passionate about clinical research, as well as dedicated towards training fellows, residents and medical students. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, leading neuroscience program in Southern California.
- Travel between Torrance and Santa Monica required
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship training in Neuro-Ophthalmology or Oculoplastic Surgery is required, but a commitment is required to development of a practice which will include both medical and surgical neuro-ophthalmology, inclusive of skull base, orbital, oculoplastic and adult strabismus surgery ("on-the-job training" is available)
- Open to both experienced physicians and new fellowship graduates
- Must be eligible for licensure in California
