Academic General Neurologist | New Orleans, LA |Tulane Medical Center

Description

The Center for Clinical Neurosciences at Tulane University in New Orleans is seeking a board-certified or board eligible academic general neurologist. Academic rank at Tulane University School of Medicine will be commensurate with experience.

The physician will work in New Orleans, LA as a part of the Center for Clinical Neurosciences, which consists of 7 neurosurgery faculty and 15 neurology faculty. The Center is part of the Tulane Health System, which is nationally recognized for providing high-quality care and for teaching and research.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Candidates should have satisfactorily completed a training program in Neurology accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and be board-certified, or eligible if recently trained, and eligible for licensure in Louisiana, with the training to qualify for an academic appointment.
