Fairview Health Services is seeking a Neurologist to join a multispecialty practice at Fairview Clinics – Princeton in Princeton, MN. The physician will also do outreach to at least one other Fairview Clinic location
The scope of care provided will range from preventive care to acute and chronic illness. The practice is primarily focused on adult neurological conditions but pediatric care would be a plus. Providers are encouraged to utilize their skills and special interests. This opportunity could include performing EMG's in the clinic. Interventional procedures would be supported, should you choose to include this in your practice.
Practice Details:
Onsite services include: pharmacy, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound and bone densitometry.
Onsite specialties include: Family Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Orthopaedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiology, Allergy, ENT, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Opthalmology,Pulmonology, Radiology, Urology
We have a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
Physicians work an expectation of 36 patient contact hours per week.

Position Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Neurology residency training program and Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure. Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
