- Collaboration & practice Outpatient Neurology with 1 Board Certified Neurologist and 1 Nurse Practitioner
- Office space located in Medical Office Pavilion Building, adjacent to hospital
- Provider will provide Stroke inpatient coverage at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center
