The Providence Brain & Spine Institute is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible, fellowship-trained Neuro-Oncologist for a full-time position to advance the clinical care and research goals of the Neuro-Oncology program. This is a unique program that’s the only one of its kind in Oregon. It maintains comprehensive services including spine surgery, neuro-radiology, neuro-critical care, neuro-rehabilitation, stroke, headache, movement disorders, cognitive disorders, ALS, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis. It also holds strong partnerships with Providence across the west coast, giving you opportunities for collaboration with other Providence institutes and programs including those in Seattle and Los Angeles. - Clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of tumors of the nervous system is ideal
- Board-certified/eligible in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology required
- Board-certified/eligible by UCNS Neuro-Oncology required

The Providence Neuro-oncology Program in Oregon combines experts from the Providence Brain and Spine Institute and Providence Cancer Institute to form a collaborative team of caregivers. Comprised of world-class neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuro-oncologists, medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, oncology social workers and palliative care providers, this integrated team is able to provide truly comprehensive care.
