Join a long established 3 physician group practice with offices in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage that offers employment with a guaranteed salary and benefits, plus an option to self-incorporate after a couple of years once you have a full practice. In essence, you will have your own practice with the benefit of maximizing income and sharing tax deductible expenses with several providers. The practice is receiving 25 new OB patients per week so there is no doubt you will ramp up quickly. Deliveries are done at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs and Eisenhower Medical in Rancho Mirage. Both hospitals offer a da Vinci robotic which is utilized by all physicians in the group. The call is 1:3 but the group expects they will continue to add additional providers over time as the Greater Palm Springs Region is among the fastest growing communities in all of California.
