Porter Hospital is seeking a BE/BC OBG to join an established, affiliated FQHC which has been in the community 20 years.  The practice has a high volume of OB including high risk as well as providing general OBG services.  There are 2 partner Obstetricians and 2 CNM’s; the current call schedule is 1: 3.  The service area includes Portage and Chesterton areas with offices approximately 8 miles apart.

Northshore Health Centers is a non-profit/FQHC dedicated to proving quality, affordable healthcare to everyone, including the uninsured and under-insured. Northshore has 6 centers throughout northwestern Indiana and employs general practitioners, obstetricians, midwives, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, prenatal care coordinators and community outreach worker.  Behavioral health is also available.
