TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for an OB/GYN to join our established OB/GYN Hospitalist team full-time at Rapides Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana. Put the passion back into your practice and your life by taking control of your time. Full-time entails providing 7-8 (24hr) shifts per month. We ask that you be a board certified OB/GYN and hold a current Louisiana license (or willingness to expedite) with an active and current skill set and the confidence to be the only covering clinician in the event of an emergency. Other requirements include ability to partner with nursing and support in-house call coverage for community clinicians, a willingness to drive patient safety and quality initiatives as required by the TeamHealth Patient Safety Organization; insurability for malpractice insurance; at least 3 years of active practice; and a successful track record.
