Fairview Health Services is seeking an Ob/Gyn Physician to join a multispecialty practice at Fairview Clinics - Elk River.
Practice is supportive of physicians who have a special interest within the field, such as urogynecology and infertility.
Practice Details:
- Onsite services include: pharmacy, lab, x-ray, mammography, and ultrasound.
- Onsite specialties include: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sports Medicine, Allergy, ENT, Ophthalmology and Urology
- We have a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
- Physician would have a 3-4 day work week
- Physician will also see patients at Fairview Clinics- Princeton. Deliveries and Gyn Surgeries will be done at Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton.
- Fairview Northland Medical Center is a 54-bed licensed facility offering a full range of primary and specialty care services to the 100,000+ population of Princeton, Minnesota and surrounding communities. Average number of deliveries annually: 400
- Flexible FTE from .8 to 1.0
- Call Coverage: 1:5

Position Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Ob/Gyn residency training program and Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure. Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
